• Thomasina Miers is the co-founder of Wahaca alongside business partner Mark Selby. Their latest venture is Burrito Mama – a spin-off from the Mexican chain, due to launch soon at One New Change.
• Neil Rankin, 35 is currently heading up Smokehouse in Islington, previously of Pitt Cue, he then took over as head chef of John Salt from Ben Spalding. Neil has been hailed as the master of the BBQ and smoking. Click here to read our review of John Salt.
• Tom Sellers, 25 has recently launched his own restaurant Story on Tooley Street, London.
• Marina O’Loughlin, food reviewer at The Guardian is the woman who ignited our desire to blog, and helped us discover an array of London restaurants that we didn’t know existed.
• Paul Foster, 30, is head chef at the stunning Tuddenham Mill in Suffolk, boasting 3 AA rosettes. Last year he became the Observer Food Monthly’s Young Chef of the Year 2011. A CV boasting stints at Raymond Blanc’s Le Manoir, Thomas Keller’s French Laundry and Sat Bains, and an appearance on BBC TWO’s Great British Menu. He’s a keen forager and innovative chef, passionate about natural, British ingredients.
