Tom Sellers, Grilled!
Tom has established a great CV at the age of just 25, with the likes of René Redžepi at Noma, voted the world’s best restaurant, and previously with Tom Aikens, Adam Byatt and Thomas Keller. He’s currently in the process of launching his own restaurant Story on Tooley Street, London due to open this Spring. Finally, new restaurants are opening south of the river, and right near our office.

What do you keep on your bedside table? I don’t have a bedside table, I’ve just moved.
When is the last time you had a McDonald’s? A long time ago.
What is your career Plan B? Backing up Plan A!
