This New Year, Chang Beer has offered two We Love Food, It’s All We Eat readers (that’s you!) the chance to win a pair of tickets to a Thai cookery class at renowned culinary school in East London. The class takes place at Food at 52 on Tuesday 17th March between 6.30pm and 10pm and is worth a whopping £230. The winner and a friend will take part in a hands-on class to learn about combining spices to create aromatic and mouth-watering Asian cuisine, all washed down with a few bottles of Chang Beer.
Learn how to make dishes such as:
- Green curry with sea bass and green peppercorns
- Thai Red curry with bamboo shoots
- Thai salad with green mango and green papaya
- Sweet Sticky rice with mango
In Thai, the word Chang means elephant – a symbol of happiness, harmony and prosperity. Made using the finest quality malt, hops and deep well water, Chang Beer is brewed using a unique blend of ingredients to match the spicy flavours of traditional Thai cuisine. Complex aromas of smoky peaty green apples and vanilla, along with a full-bodied flavour and light citrus notes, make it the perfect accompaniment to the exotic tastes and textures of Asian cuisine.
To be in with a chance of winning, just answer the following question:
